Environmental Social Governance
Care for the natural environment and the work comfort of our employees is an integral part of all our activities.

E (environmental) – we manage our own photovoltaic farm and rainwater tanks. The entire plant area is covered by separators, we regularly test the quality of ground and rain water. We monitor the amount of energy used by each individual process and constantly optimize them. Since 2008, we have held the ISO 14001 certificate and therefore have undergone audits which monitor our activities with regard to environment protection. Based on data received from our suppliers and our own analyses, we examine carbon footprint of products and organizations, striving to constantly reduce it, also through investments in green energy.
S (social) – employees working for the same company for a dozen or so years? Yes – this is the seniority of the most important people in our organization. When we ask employees why they choose to stay with us – the answer is that for them office is a second home – we believe that there is no better recommendation and confirmation that we care for our employees and the work environment we created is valued by our staff. Employees can enroll in free language courses and motivational programs. Together, we create a friendly workplace where we treat one another with care and respect.
G (governance) – ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 quality systems implemented years ago require us to pursue a clear policy as well as transparent goals, procedures and instructions. Internal and external audits allow us to monitor and take corrective measures on an ongoing basis to improve management in all areas. The implemented Code of Ethics and Anti-mobbing Policy allow us to achieve full transparency and act in accordance with principles.
